Enter Engineering Pte.Ltd would like to extend its consideration to your company and inform the following.
Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd (EE) has been assigned as an EPC Contractor for implementation of“Expansion of SGCC production capacities” project for polyolefin production within Shurtan GCC in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Kashkadarya region).                                                     
We consider holding a tender for procurement of following process equipment within the scope of this project.

HEAT EXCHANGERS, CYCLONES, TREATORS, REACTORS & DRYERS, PRESSURE VESSELS, COLUMNS, FILTERS, BAG FILTERS, 
SIDE STREAM FILTER AND OTHERS 

The tender will be held in two stages:

 
Stage ONE. Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and vendor qualification for the 2nd stage (Short-listing). At this stage, vendor is to provide the following documents:

1) Signed and sealed NDAs from two licensors CB&I and CPChem with the document (Power of attorney) confirming the authority of the person signing the NDA; (both forms are attached)
2)  A filled-in Pre-Qualification Questionnaire along with requested documents see appendix 1 (form is attached) 
3)  A filled Business Profile form (file is attached)    

All the requested documents are to be sent by December 3rd, 2019 to the following e-mail address: miron.gulyamov@ent-en.com

In case, if any additional time required please inform us by above mentioned email address for approval of corporate buyer.

Stage TWO. The second stage of the tender holds the actual bidding and technical evaluation. At this stage, shortlisted bidders shall receive Invitation to bidding, Instruction to bidders and complete set of technical specifications. The Stage 2 deadline for submission of Commercial and Technical Proposals will be announced as soon as bidders successfully pass 1st stage. 

Consider this: a) Notwithstanding any reply to this letter, the EE is not obligated to include any company or its partners in any list of tenders or award any form of contract to any company and/or associated company, agents, affiliates, or a subcontractor thereof.

Note: In case, if your organization had previously signed NDA with us, please provide us your signed NDA and contact details of personel to send ITB. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these procedures.
